We raised awareness with VR experience and applied fire safety training at the event we organized for children and local people.

Within the scope of 25 September - 1 October Fire Protection and Fire Fighting Week, we came together with the people of Söğüt region and children and organized awareness-raising events with the participation of Söğüt Mayor Mr. Ferhat DURGUT. In the program we organized during the week, various practices were carried out aimed at increasing public awareness about fire safety.

At the event, we first gave information about the meaning and importance of the day. Then, with the VR experience, we conveyed the correct behavior in case of fire to the little ones in a fun and instructive way. This section, which attracted great interest from children, was an important awareness activity that supported interactive learning.

Later, practical fire safety training was held in cooperation with Söğüt Municipality Fire Department. Fire crews gave comprehensive information about fire types, intervention methods, first response behaviors and what to do in emergency situations. The little ones had the opportunity to learn about fire extinguishing equipment and become aware of possible dangers.

At the end of our event, we gifted children coloring books and informative brochures that introduced mining in a fun and educational way. With these gifts, we aimed to strengthen both security awareness and the correct perception of mining.
