COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL LEGISLATION AND STANDARDS

It is our priority to fully comply with national and international legal regulations regarding environmental management and to fulfill our environmental responsibilities. In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, environmental legal regulations are followed and compliance with internal audits is constantly checked.

RISK ASSESSMENT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT AND IMPACT ANALYSIS

Environmental dimension and impact analysis and risk assessment, which are one of the basic components of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, are among the most important processes of our environmental management system. The environmental impacts of our activities are analyzed regularly, these impacts are managed and necessary measures are taken to minimize environmental risks.

ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

For continuous monitoring, analysis and improvement of environmental impacts; Air and dust emissions, water, soil, noise, vibration, biodiversity and meteorological data are monitored regularly. Management plans and procedures for all processes have been prepared in accordance with national and international regulations. In line with the goal of continuous improvement, environmental objectives are determined and reviewed with the approval of senior management in order to increase environmental performance. A suggestion system has been established and employee participation is encouraged within the scope of developing and improving the Environmental Management System performance.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AND EDUCATION

Our employees are included in the process of creating environmental awareness and continuous training is provided to ensure effective implementation of the environmental management system. In order to meet the training needs of employees, training requests are evaluated and feedback is provided through communication channels.

WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCE EFFICIENCY

We ensure that the waste resulting from our activities is primarily reduced at the source and managed according to the most appropriate recycling, recovery and disposal methods for the waste. Studies are carried out in accordance with the targets set for the protection and efficient use of natural resources.

EMERGENCY AND RISK MANAGEMENT

Emergency Action Plans have been created to be prepared for environmental emergencies, and the effectiveness of the system is checked through continuous drills. All necessary precautions are taken to minimize environmental risks.

By adopting sustainable mining principles, the protection and efficient use of natural resources is prioritized. In accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard, environmental impacts are constantly monitored and minimized.
