Gübretaş Mining Investments Inc. As, we attended the Traditional Earth Sciences Meeting organized by Hacettepe University and met with the earth scientists of the future. The event, in which we interacted with students who wanted to get to know the mining sector closely, created an important platform for sectoral information sharing and career awareness.

During the event, we provided comprehensive information to the students who visited our stand about the projects carried out by our company, our fields of activity and our understanding of sustainable mining. We detailed our safe working principles, especially emphasizing that occupational health and safety culture forms the basis of all our operations.

The core samples we brought from the field presented a remarkable examination material for the students, both technically and visually. Students who asked questions about the geological structure had the opportunity to receive information from our expert team on many subjects, from exploration processes to sample preparation, from modeling to pre-production analyses. This interaction broadened the students' perspective on their profession and allowed them to evaluate their field practices through real examples.

In addition, during the event, conversations were held with the students about career opportunities, competencies needed in the sector and the dynamics of field work. In this context, we were pleased to support young engineer candidates to establish contact with the industry at an early age and make more conscious choices about the future.
