The Phase 1 facility, whose investment started at the end of 2021 in the Söğüt Gold Mine field, located within the borders of Bilecik Province, Söğüt District, within the mining operating license numbered 82050, was officially opened on 27.01.2023, and the facility continues its activities.

At the Board of Directors meeting of Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. held on 07.10.2024;

• For processing corrugated oxide ore; An investment with a budget of approximately 25 million USD will be made in order to increase the currently established Phase 1 facility, which has an annual ore processing capacity of approximately 240,000 tons, to the annual ore processing capacity of approximately 400,000 tons determined in the project studies,

• For processing Akbaştepe sulphide ore; Establishment of the Phase 2 facility (with flotation process in the first place), which is designed to have an ore processing capacity of approximately 400,000 tons per year, and an investment of approximately 180 million USD, including other necessary auxiliary activities along with this investment,

• In this context, authorizing the administration to carry out the necessary works and transactions,

decision has been made.

In addition, approximately 18 months for the Phase 1 facility capacity increase investment; A completion time of approximately 36 months is targeted for the Phase 2 facility investment.
