As part of March 8, International Women's Day, we watched the theater play "Your Name is Woman" with our female employees and evaluated gender roles through the universal language of art. In the workshop we held after the event, we discussed the impact of our communication language on equality.

Gübretaş Mining Investments Inc. As, we came together with our female employees with the events we organized within the scope of March 8 International Women's Day and had a meaningful day full of awareness, sharing and solidarity.

As part of our activities, we participated in the theater play "Your Name is Woman" staged by Gözde Çetiner together with the valuable female employees of Söğüt Gold Mine. The play, in which the experiences and social roles faced by women in different areas of life were brought to the stage with an impressive narrative, gave the participants thought-provoking and inspiring moments. We had the opportunity to evaluate together the different dimensions of being a woman with the transformative power of art.

In the interactive workshop held after the game, we discussed the effects of the language we use in daily and business life on gender perceptions. While we evaluated together the role of expressions, patterns and approaches used in communication in the formation of an egalitarian working culture, we drew attention to the importance of an inclusive and awareness-oriented communication language.
