Halit Semih DEMİRCAN was born on December 11, 1978 in Samsun. He graduated from Selçuk University, Department of Mining Engineering with a bachelor's degree in 2001. He completed the Mining Engineering master's program at the Australian Federation University in 2004. He completed the Executive MBA program at Bilkent University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2013. He started his career in August 2005 as an Underground Planning Engineer at Koza Altın İşletmeleri Ovacık Gold Mine. He served as Technical Office and Planning Chief Engineer between 2007-2011, Mine Planning and Development Manager between 2011-2016, Technical Deputy General Manager between 2016-2020 and Koza Anadolu Metal Mining General Manager. Halit Semih DEMİRCAN, who worked as Mining Works Coordinator at Özaltın İnşaat A.Ş. between August 2020 and January 2021, has been working as the General Manager of Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. since January 2021. He is married and has two children.

Ebru DOĞUTEPE was born on November 20, 1976 in Ankara. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering with a bachelor's degree in 1998. She completed her master's degree in Environmental Sciences at Gazi University, Institute of Science in 2014. She started her career in April 2000 as an Environmental Engineer at Demo Limited Company, working on EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) projects (natural gas and oil pipelines, mining activities, industrial establishments, tourism projects, energy investments, etc.). In 2004, she worked as a Project Engineer in the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Infrastructure and Wastewater Treatment Plant Revision Project, which was a World Investment Bank Project. Between 2005 and 2009, she worked as a technical expert in infrastructure (wastewater and drinking water treatment) projects and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) processes at two separate environmental consultancy companies in Ankara. She started working in mining sector 2010. She worked as an Environmental Engineer between 2010-2012, as Environmental Manager between 2012-2014, as Environmental Chief Engineer between 2014-2016, and as Environmental Manager between 2016-2019 at Koza Altın İşletmeleri Ovacık Altın Madeni İşletmesi and General Management. Ebru DOĞUTEPE, who worked as the Environmental and Public Relations Manager responsible for all chrome and iron operating sites and the gold mine project at Aksu Madencilik A.Ş. between 2019-2021, has been continuing her work as the Environmental and Public Relations Director at Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. since January 2021.

Ahmet KONCA was born on March 15, 1982 in Ankara. He graduated from Erciyes University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2004 with a bachelor's degree.
He started his career in February 2005 as a Design and Piping Engineer at Technovision Mühendislik Şirketi and worked between 2005-2008. He served as the Mechanical Department Manager at Promer Müşavirlik Mühendislik Şirketi between 2008-2012 and as the Engineering Manager at Technovision Mühendislik Şirketi between 2012-2013. Afterwards, he served as the Technical Office Chief Engineer at Koza Altın İşletmeleri between 2013-2018 and as the Project Manager between 2018-2021. As of January 2021, Ahmet KONCA continues his work as the Engineering and Investments Director at Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. He has played an active role in many national and international projects throughout his career.

Engin Başer was born on June 28, 1979 in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mining Engineering with a bachelor's degree in 2003.
He started his career in July 2005 by working at GEO Maden in Çanakkale/Yenice and Ordu/Kabadüz enterprises, and assumed the roles of Production Engineer and Planning Engineer until the end of 2005. In February 2006, he started working as a Shift Engineer at Koza Altın İşletmeleri Ovacık Gold Mine, and for 15 years, he served as Production Manager, Production Chief Engineer and Underground Operations Manager. Engin Başer has been working as Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. Söğüt Operations Director since January 2021.
He is married with two children.
 

Gökhan BAL was born on August 2, 1980 in Izmir. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geological Engineering with a bachelor's degree in 2006. He started his career in June 2007 as an Underground Mining Geologist at Koza Altın İşletmeleri Ovacık Altın Madeni. He served as a Modeling Specialist between 2010-2012, as a Chief Engineer of Meden Geology between 2012-2014, and as a Director of Mining Geology between 2014-2020 at the same company. Gökhan BAL, who served as the Director of Mining Geology at Avesoro Resources between September 2020 and March 2021, has been continuing his work as the Director of Mining and Geology at Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. since March 2021.
