Ebru DOĞUTEPE was born on November 20, 1976 in Ankara. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering with a bachelor's degree in 1998. She completed her master's degree in Environmental Sciences at Gazi University, Institute of Science in 2014. She started her career in April 2000 as an Environmental Engineer at Demo Limited Company, working on EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) projects (natural gas and oil pipelines, mining activities, industrial establishments, tourism projects, energy investments, etc.). In 2004, she worked as a Project Engineer in the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Infrastructure and Wastewater Treatment Plant Revision Project, which was a World Investment Bank Project. Between 2005 and 2009, she worked as a technical expert in infrastructure (wastewater and drinking water treatment) projects and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) processes at two separate environmental consultancy companies in Ankara. She started working in mining sector 2010. She worked as an Environmental Engineer between 2010-2012, as Environmental Manager between 2012-2014, as Environmental Chief Engineer between 2014-2016, and as Environmental Manager between 2016-2019 at Koza Altın İşletmeleri Ovacık Altın Madeni İşletmesi and General Management. Ebru DOĞUTEPE, who worked as the Environmental and Public Relations Manager responsible for all chrome and iron operating sites and the gold mine project at Aksu Madencilik A.Ş. between 2019-2021, has been continuing her work as the Environmental and Public Relations Director at Gübretaş Maden Yatırımları A.Ş. since January 2021.
